What is the delivery time?

Standard order delivery takes 3 to 7 working days after order confirmation.
Please note that orders are not shipped before confirmation calls. Delivery time may vary depending on the size, availability of the product, stock status, and order confirmation.

What are the delivery charges for local and international orders?

• Shipping Charges (Pakistan): Rs. 200 nationwide

• Replacement Charges: Rs. 150 nationwide

Currently, shipping charges apply only within Pakistan.

How can I check my delivery status?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking ID via SMS on your provided contact number.
You can visit the courier’s website, enter the tracking ID, and track your order easily.

How many delivery attempts will be made if I am unavailable?

Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts.
Please ensure that your address, contact number, and area details are correct when placing the order.
If delivery fails after the second attempt, the parcel will be returned to Shipping and Handling.
